My creative studio, the one I run together with my husband Klaus Soppe, is located right near Landshut. I work with this beautiful city and the Isar behind me, in the home of my grandmother and her siblings.

In recent years I have moved from large format to small format and have increasingly turned to the humorous side of painting. This is where I feel particularly at home.
Humor is a particularly important quality because it connects us as humans and automatically creates a sense of lightness.

And since I also have a heart for our fellow inhabitants on this earth, it is quite obvious why little cheeky and brave creatures move into the Funky Farm ZOOZANY every day.

My motifs are available as hand-painted originals and I just can't help but create other cult products from them, such as posters, canvas prints, stickers and postcards.

I now send my hand-painted Funky Farm members from my small, cozy studio all over the world. I find it deeply fulfilling to be creative, to run my own small business with passion and to come into contact with other people through it. I enjoy putting a smile on people's faces, true to the motto: Funky animals make people happy.
